Choosing the right hair extensions depends on your desired length, volume, and texture. We offer a range of colours and styles to match your natural hair. If you're unsure which extension is best for you, feel free to reach out to our team for personalised advice!

3. Can I style my hair extensions?

Yes! Our hair extensions are made from high-quality, 100% Remy human hair, which means you can style them just like your natural hair. You can curl, straighten, and even colour them, though we recommend using low heat to preserve the hair’s longevity and using professional semi colour. We do not recommend lightening your extensions. (Colouring your extensions will void your warranty).

4. How do I take care of my hair extensions?

5. Do your extensions come with clips or other application methods?

Yes, we offer a variety of extension types, including clip-ins, tape-ins, invisible weft and classic weft. Each method provides a different way to apply your extensions, so you can choose the one that suits your style and needs best.

7. Can I return or exchange my extensions?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your extensions, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is in its original, unused condition.

9. What if my hair extensions arrive damaged or defective?

If your extensions are damaged or defective upon arrival, we offer a 3-month warranty. Please contact our customer service team within this period, and we’ll help you arrange a return or exchange.
